Meet Joulia

Attorney Joulia Tchembrovskaia obtained her Juris Doctor degree at John F. Kennedy University in California, and her MBA degree at University of Phoenix in California. As the first-generation immigrant from Belarus she herself went through immigration and naturalization process. This experience ignited her passion for immigration law and challenges in the lives of immigrants.

During law school Joulia volunteered and had internships in various immigration law firms and Alameda County District Attorney’s Office. She received John F. Kennedy University’s Outstanding Achievement in Public Service Award.

Currently Joulia and her family live in Austin, Texas. U.S. immigration law is federal law and can be practiced in any state by any lawyer licensed in good standing in any one of the 50 states under their federal authorization at 8 CFR 292.1. Attorney Tchembrovskaia continues to practice immigration law in Texas.
